Decided to smash some older, almost broken already furniture we had lying around our shop for a production that we were doing. The table was weak, didn't give much in the way of sound, but here it is.

This was a tape cassette and case thrown against a wall, this represents a solid plastic object being thrown or dropped from a height and smashing on the floor with a piece of plastic breaking off and hitting the ground for the 2nd impact.

A field recording of light rain as it falls steadily in a hilly suburban area near the pacific coast highway and sea shore. The microphone was placed on a second-story window facing the street, though there was no traffic. You can hear the rain falling onto the roof, nearby pavement, trees, and ground. One minute of my 3 minute sound walk. It is my experience in downtown manhattan beach during the evening. Repetitive sounding walk, but very soothing experience.
